The object today

On the area of the Medizinpark Valley there are currently buildings that were previously used by the company Avery Dennison Zweckform. The buildings that offer an accumulated floor space of about 5.800 sqm were constructed in several steps since 1958 and are today still being used as office, storage and production space. The Medizinpark Valley real estate company acquired the area in 2007. Nowadays the following companies are located under the umbrella of the Medizinpark: OPED GmbH, EUROPED GmbH mit iSURO GmbH, Valley for Life AG und VACOtechnology AG.

The object tomorrow

The current rebuilding of the property to become the new Medizinpark takes place in various steps. No buildings are pulled down but the new complex will be constructed on existing built volumes. The rebuilding is implemented by cooperating with local construction workers using domestic building materials such as wood and tufa. The active surface after finalizing all construction works will amount to approximately 16.000 sqm. Aspired lodgers and partners of the Medizinpark are companies active in the field of health care and medical industry. There is a common education center arising offering accomodation for about 40 pax (primarily nursing staff). By mutually using this building complex companies with similar backgrounds are supposed to profit from synergy effects.
